EB5 is back in a New Avatar!! A new bill has been passed recently by the US government known as the EB5 Reform and Integrity Act (RIA) 2022. There have been some major key changes in the program, making it more attractive to foreign investors.

What are the Requirements for EB-5 visa?
Unlike other immigration programs, the EB5 visa does not require you to meet various conditions, like education qualifications, work experience, English language test scores etc. The main requirement is funds for investment. You must invest at least $ 800,000 in commercial projects in Targeted Employment Areas or TEAs ($ 1,050,000 in Non-TEA areas). Also, you have to demonstrate how you have acquired the funds for the above investment. This requirement can be easily met if you invest in a project sponsored by a Regional Center project.
